Staying fit in quarantine

Working from home doesn’t mean that you have to stay ton your couch all day. Did you know that 12 hours is the average time we spend just sitting each day? It is essential to maintain work-life balance even though you are working from home, and we have some tips for you to stay healthy in quarantine.

  • Drink at least 1.5 liters of water every day
  • Schedule your day (in order to keep time for your work and your family)
  • Use unlimited apps or YouTube channels to work out or meditate from home
  • Incorporate movements in your daily life (stand at your desk, take regular breaks and have a small walk)
  • Walk around while talking on the phone
  • Minimize distraction hours
  • Get up for food (no more delivery and more savings)
  • Keep the communication with your other colleagues – socialization
